Matt Braithwaite-Young, is a CPM (Certified Practicing Marketer) with extensive experience in marketing and consulting to businesses of all sizes. 

Matt has held senior marketing roles at global firms such as Unilever and Diageo, on brands such as Johnnie Walker, John West, and Continental.

In September 2005 Matt started Springleaf organic iced tea with his wife Annie.  In 2006, Springleaf became Australia’s top selling premium iced tea, winning the 2006 Food magazine award for innovation.
